Laglott

Laglott is a statutory right of heir to inherit half of their arvslott.

This provision is considered that the heir has provided protection for at least half of what the heir would be entitled under the law.

Has reserved portions violated by will be heir to call for adjustment of the will. Påkallan (request) for adjustments must be made within six months after he had access to the service of Testament. The issue of gift to the purpose is tantamount to a will has been tried by the Supreme Court in NJA 1998 with 434.

  1. My mother recently passed away so , had signed an Endowment after she sold 2 fastigheter som ingick i bouppteckningen, when my father died earlier.. Now, when written as a beneficiary a friend of mi mother, and the sum is quite large. Should not this be included in the estate ??

  2. önskar hjälp med att göra testamente där jag vill att min adopterade dotter får så lite som möjligt. Hon och mina barnbarn
    har tagit avstånd från mig. Har även en son som jag önskar allt.
