Bröstarvinge

With the legal term heir meant the deceased children and grandchildren and so on in a direct line (descendants). Those covered by the so-called reserved portion as provided in 7 chapter, laws of inheritance (1958:637).
"The closest heirs because of skyldskap are deceased's descendants (bröstarvingar). Deceased children take the same lot. Is the child dead, school its descendants take its place, and, each branch employee as lottery.
